Who we are looking for

**Our Investor Relation team manages relationships with financial analysts, institutional investors, and retail investors.

This involves being responsible for all communications - including non-financial disclosure to the financial community.

**The IR Specialist will have the chance to work in a highly attractive and experienced environment: since end of 2018 Amplifon is a component of the FTSE MIB Index, the primary benchmark index for the Italian equity market composed by the 40 most liquid and capitalized Italian equities and in 2021 Amplifon was awarded as #1 in its sector in Europe by Institutional Investor, an independent and trusted source for research and rankings amongst financial analysts and portfolio managers.

**The **Global Investor Relations Specialist **will be actively involved in**:

- **Support in the preparation of all IR materials (earnings and other price-sensitive press releases, investor presentations, Q&A, etc)**:

- **Collect, monitor analyst reports and generate consensus model**:

- **Monitor IR inquiries and research and help prepare responses**:

- **Track all investor marketing activities in an appropriate database and manage it to create investor profiles, targeting, etc**:

- **Support in IR calendar, organization and logistics of investor meetings and materials, events**:

- **Work closely with other Finance departments (primarily Planning & Control and Administration) primarily for earnings releases or investors' questions etc**:

- **Help prepare periodic internal reports regarding the stock**:

- **Collect data and derive insights from peers' reports and other events, and prepare eventual summary reports**:

- **Manage logistics for quarterly results conference calls, including the process for issuance of price-sensitive press releases and update of the website**:

- **Management of the IR portion of the corporate website

**What you'll need

**Skills and experiences**:

- **Graduation in Finance, Economics, Management**:

- **At least 1 year of experience in Finance or Investor Relations roles in listed companies, investment banking, or consulting firms.

**:

- **Financial skills (experience/knowledge with financial statements, valuation methods and capital market)**:

- **Excellent spoken and written English as well as Italian**:

- **Good analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving.

- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to cope with pressure**:

- **Openness to innovation and intellectual flexibility, and teamwork approach**:
