This position reports to CX Consumer Engagement Manager
Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of user-centric platforms, tools, and processes that empower employees to seamlessly connect, collaborate, and perform.
By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, data insights, and feedback mechanisms, the IS Digital Experience Manager ensures the digital workplace aligns with organizational goals and fosters a culture of innovation, efficiency, and inclusivity.
The work model for the role is #LI-Hybrid.
This role contributes to the IS Services Global team.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Responding to consumer feedback and UX recommendations to define deliverables, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Setting sprint goals and keeping the team informed on the delivery roadmap and sprint planning.
Planning releases and upgrades.
Analyzing preferences and requests of end users and refining agile methodology based on results and feedback.
Ensuring that all stakeholders adhere to the strategic processes and standards within budget and timetable, and developing and communicating status updates along with strategic changes.
Following sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with standard ABB internal directives and procedures for product evolution.
Providing guidance or support to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility.
Qualifications for the role Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in a global organization in IT, Marketing or Digital.
5+ years in a Product Ownership Role, with 3+ years of experience in leading global strategic initiatives in the development and implementation of digital solutions.
Proven influencing skills in a multi-stakeholder matrixed organization.
Ease of collaboration with all levels of the organization from CIOs to content providers.
Proven hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
In-depth knowledge and experience with Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
Working knowledge of product development architecture.
ServiceNow knowledge would be an advantage.
