Global IT Application Management Internship | Milan | 6 months**For our Global Headquarters in**Milan, **Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our**Global IT Application Management Service Team**. As part of the IT AMS team, you will have the opportunity to work on one of the leading cloud platforms on the market, gain experience on different core processes, collaborate with both IT and Business teams in our central HQ and local offices worldwide. **Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? **We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. You'll be in charge of:

- Ensuring incidents are logged accurately and timely and passed to second line support teams,

- Global Support Tool configuration: harmonization to Global Model

- Streamlining on user provisioning process

- Interact with internal and external stakeholders, belonging to both Business and IT Areas.

- Expanding procedures and best practices documentation with the aim of consolidation across countries.

**You are the right person if you**:

- Are a student or new graduate in IT area, Engineering, Business Administration or similar

- Speak English fluently and are curious to work with multicultural teams,

- Are a determined person, provided with a growth mindset,

- Have good communication and presentation skills,

- Have a proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team.
