The **Global IT Infrastructure & Network Manager **will play a key role into the new Global IT organization at Amplifon.

**Reporting to the Global IT Operations & Enterprise Architectures Director, the resource will lead and execute the strategy and roadmap for IT infrastructure and Cloud Operations **& IT Architecture and **Network Operations.

**The resource will lead the te **am responsible for design, implement and support of Amplifon's cloud and **on-premise **infrastructure.

This includes architecting and implementing complex infrastructure in a multi cloud environment, automating, and streamlining operational processes, building and maintaining tools for deployment, system monitoring and operations, and troubleshooting to resolve issues in the development, test and production environments.

**Key responsibilities including but not limited to**:

**Management & Team Leadership**:

- **Develop strategies and work plan, mitigate and control risks, oversee improvement, project implementation of IT infrastructure & Network, technology evaluation and selection to support business objectives.

**:

- **Leadership, mentorship/development, and performance management of direct reports.

**:

- **Management of the assigned technology portfolio including resource allocation, incident/problem/change management, and overall pursuit of operational excellence.

**:

- **Project management of new initiatives within the assigned technology portfolio, and support for other team projects as needed.

**:

- **Collaboration with management on technology strategy, policy and procedure, customer service, reports/dashboards/presentations, and organizational initiatives.

***Operations**:

- **Supervise the infrastructure and operation teams to ensure operational excellence and comply with corporate standard, policies and governance.

**:

- **Manage day-to-day operations of the services maintaining continuous availability.

**:

- **Manage expansion, provisioning of additional servers, perform pilot deployments (AWS, Azure **, **GCP and OCI across geographic regions).

**:

- **Ensure proper monitoring of the solution (servers, network, VoIP, databases).

**:

- **Manages all infrastructure hardware inventory and service contract lifecycles.

**:

- **Maintains relationships with vendors and managed service providers and participates in contract management as appropriate.

**:

- **Ensure that the security, performance, reliability meets the business needs.

***Architecture & Administration**:

- **Develop relevant IT infrastructure technical design documents and standard operating procedures to support business systems both on-premises and on the Cloud.

**:

- **Manage the project portfolio including resource planning and engage with business stakeholders to assess the needs and priority, ensure disciplined execution to deliver a cost-effective solution.

**:

- **Keep abreast of the technology trend, best practices and development in the industry, optimize and enhance the IT system, infrastructure, and policies for business processes and work improvement.

**:

- **Manage the cost control and annual budget Requirements.

**:

- **Collaborating with internal stakeholders and network partners to deliver the network roadmap.

***Skills/Requirements**:

- **Experienced in Cloud (AWS, Azure, **GCP, OCI) infrastructure design, certified will be a definite advantage.

**:

- **Familiar with Firewall, VPN, SDWAN, VOIP and infrastructure management.

**:

- **Knowledge in information security will be an added advantage.

**:

- **Strong working exposure in IT infrastructure, service delivery and vendor management.

**:

- **Knowledge of infrastructure automation concepts and solutions.

**:

- **Strong program/ project management skill with evidence of managing sizable and complex program/ project with the achieved result.

**:

- **Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.

**:

- **Excellent communication skills.

***Education and Experience**:

- **Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience and at least 8 plus years of IT and business/industry work experience with at least 4+ years managing teams.

**:

- **4+ years of progressively more responsible experience with enterprise cloud SaaS and PaaS**:

- **2+ years leading cloud infrastructure engineering teams including DevOps and Operational Support.

- **Broad IT Infrastructure management experience.

**:

- **Experience with supporting TCIP/IP networks including switch/router management, wireless networking, and firewall administration.

**:

- **Excellent management, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with active-listening skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.

- **Strong technical acumen, creativity, interpersonal skills, and hands-on mindset to diagnose and resolve both technical and non-technical hurdles that prevent teams from delivering quality sol
