Lead project execution, including performing gap analysis, prioritization, scheduling, testing coordination

- Coordinate large groups of internal and external colleagues within the project focused on specific design streams

- Interact with Program Directors contributing in shaping the Amplifon retail business evolution

- Engage with local and global internal customers to understand needs and translate them into business requirements

- Deal with system-integrators to challenge solutions, validate design and setting the right KPIs and SLAs

- Mentor junior colleagues to let them reach their full potential

- Identify efficient solutions and define functional design to address new needs or gaps versus the in-place implementation

- Produce design specification for the internal development factory to ensure high quality delivery

**Who we are looking for

- Degree or equivalent background

- They have acquired an experience of about 5-7 years in the delivery of complex IT projects, focusing on the analysis, functional design and testing of Salesforce solutions, operating in fast-paced and multi-country contexts. Experience within the retail industry is a plus

- They gained experience in coordinating international project teams

- Project management skills: ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment with limited supervision

- They have a solid expertise within the Sales and Service Could modules (Salesforce Admin). Experience with field service and CPQs is a plus

- Fluent English is required

- Availability to 20% travel worldwide is required
