**What we are looking for**The
**Key responsibilities including but not limited to**:
- Manages deployments from developer sandboxes through integration, staging and test environments to production org
- Supports Administrators with system administration, configuration and maintenance tasks where necessary
- Write source code, adapt existing components and unit, and test developed components following the guidelines based on salesforce platform best practices
- Ensure that the design meets performance, security, usability and reliability, and scalability requirements.
- Conduct reviews, analyze, and modify programming systems that include coding, testing, debugging, and installing for a large-scale system.
- Implements, maintains and extends test automation frameworks
- Conduct functional testing that includes user role testing, data analysis, and integration testing.
- Conduct internal client assessments which include as-is, to-be, gap analysis phased technology plans, project plans, and audit documentation.
- Building customer service tools related to Salesforce
**Skills/Requirements
- Knowledge of Salesforce languages and technologies: APEX / Visualforce / LWC / SOQL / SOSL
- Knowledge of SOAP, REST API, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, CMS
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration and administration methodologies
- Ability to use CI/CD tools and versioning (GIT)
- Knowledge of development methodologies and structured programming techniques related to the salesforce platform
- Field Service knowledge (Optional)
- SFI / Vlocity salesforce knowledge (Optional)
**Salesforce Certifications
- Certified Developer I (mandatory)
- Certified Application Architect (Optional)
- 2+ years' experience in salesforce platform development
