Global It Salesforce Solution Design Specialist
Engage with local and global internal customers to understand needs and translate them into business requirements
- Identify efficient solutions and define functional design to address new needs or gaps versus the in-place implementation
- Deal with system-integrators to challenge solutions and validate design
- Deal with the internal development factory to ensure high quality delivery
- Lead project execution, including performing gap analysis, prioritization, scheduling, testing coordination
**Who we are looking for
- Degree or equivalent background
- They have acquired an experience of about 1-3 years in the delivery of complex IT projects, focusing on the analysis, functional design and testing of Salesforce solutions, operating in fast-paced and multi-country contexts. Experience within the retail industry is a plus
- They have gained experience with the Sales and Service Could modules (salesforce admin). Experience with field serv ice and CPQs is a plus
- Fluent English is required
- Project management skills: ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment with limited supervision
- Availability to 20% travel worldwide is required
