Global IT Serialization Manager (Hybrid)
**As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the Global Serialization Manager, this role will be responsible for setting the vision and strategic objectives for the level3 software installation on the production lines.
This role will have a deep understanding of the integration of serialization software and the link between level 1-2 and with level 4 serialization software.
This role will cover both BU-IT as well as TS responsibilities.
The role will keep a close contact with our serialization solution providers.
**This role will work at the intersection of business vision & strategy and technical execution to deploy and manage the global serialization system, delivering business SME support and continuous improvement of the architecture level 3 software.
This position is **hybrid**: both based in Pomezia - Santa Palomba (Rome), Italy and remote.

**What will you do
Key Responsibilities
BU-IT Level key activities:
- ü Shape the product vision and SW roadmaps.
- ü Shape and prioritize backlog + Translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria.
- ü Resources and budget planning
- ü Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
- ü Accountable for driving engagement with third parties (Vendor Management)
- ü Lead selection of solution options while working with TS partner(s) to assess tech elements of the solution prior to user testing.
- ü Facilitate release planning, sprint planning and demos with stakeholders.
- ü Drive reporting and analytics to provide visibility on performance.
- ü Work with TS for securing on time TLM.
- ü MSA/SLA owner
- ü Drive alignment with BU partners (i. e. , BAM and CCB)
TS Level3 tasks:
- ü Maintain Serialization systems technical knowledge.
- ü Prepare build / updates / fixes.
- ü Facilitate implementation planning.
- ü Connection with L1-L2.
- ü Initial build tests.
- ü Prepare test scenarios.
- ü Support SME BST and UAT.
- ü Hypercare organization.
- ü Productive roll-out support.
- ü Connection with software suppliers for requirements and fixes.
**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration is required.
ü Master Process excellence, Lean Manufacturing-wise programs (TPS, WCM, TPM, Six Sigma, etc)
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI and Value Stream Optmization methodology
ü A minimum of 4- years of experience in Manufacturing, with a minimum of 2 years in production environment.
ü A previous experience in a big scale, lean manufacturing Fast Mover Consumer Goods (FMCG) production site is preferred.
ü Enables the entire multifunctional organization to grow consistently ensuring proper deployment and governance.
ü With a Continuous improvement and Zero Waste mindset, has a lateral thinking, challenging status quo in a never-ending research for optimization.
ü Has scarcity mentality with pragmatic less-for-more approach.
ü Seeks for the root cause and with a continuous learning and improving approach and is aiming to look for solution to fix to the root cause focusing forward.
ü Complement motivation and engagement with analytical databased method.
ü Minimum of a bachelor's degree in supply chain, Procurement, Business Administration or Engineering
- ü At least 3 years of work experience in Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing or Logistics in a regulated industry
- ü Working knowledge in SAP R/3 and SAP APO or OMP strongly preferred
ü Very good communication in English
- ü Understanding of financial flows and their impact on planning processes
- ü Strong ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- ü IT-literate (very strong excel user knowledge)
- ü Team player with a positive mind set and abilities to connect with external partners
- ü Dynamic, self-driven, committed and resilient
