Global IT Finance Solutions Internship

For our **Global Headquarters in Milan**, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join the **Global IT Finance Solution Team**, supporting the design and implementation of Finance processes.

You will have the opportunity to put the hands on one of the leading cloud platforms on the market, getting experience on different core processes, collaborating with the other Global departments as well as the Local functions, both IT and Business.

**We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. You'll be in charge of:

- Analysis of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay areas with a focus on reconciliation automation

- Analysis of Banking area processes related to payments, statements and remittances

- Financial Reporting harmonization to Group Global Template

- Expand procedure and best practices documentation, with the objective to facilitate collaboration across Group Finance community

**You are the right person if you**:

- Are a student or new graduate in Business Administration, Data Science & Economics

- Speak English fluently and are curious to work with multicultural teams

- Are a determined person, provided with a growth mindset

- Have good communication and presentation skills

- Have a proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team
