GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE The Global IT Specialist Budget and Performance Optimization is part of the Governance team and is in charge of supporting the Group IT budget process and monitoring and optimizing the IT Spending (both at Group and Region/ Local level).
S/he is also responsible for supporting the Purchase Cycle Management at Group level (SOW verification in collaboration with IT Vendor Management, Purchase Request issue, Good Receipt management).
Key Activities & Responsibilities Coordinate theGroupIT Budget Management Process (CAPEX /OPEX) in collaboration with the Global IT Lead Budget and Performance Optimization (Budget / Forecast) Monitor the IT Spending (CAPEX/ OPEX Budget Execution) and support the Group IT Monthly/ Yearly Closure in collaboration with Finance Support the IT Spending optimization in collaboration with IT Projects Managers Support the IT Purchase Cycle Management (centralized model): SOW verification in collaboration with IT Vendor Management, PR issue, GR management Support the definition of the Intercompany Recharge Model in collaboration with Finance Create & maintain a CIO Dashboard for Cost Monitoring - including main KPIs (e. g.
TCO, IT Insourcing level) Key Relationships Internal: Governance team, Group IT team, Finance team External: Service providers, Consultants involved in Projects, External Vendors Experience & Education University degree (Economics or Management Engineering) Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles or governance teams Fluent both in Italian and in English (written and spoken) Experience on IT Projects Competencies and soft skills Knowledge of IT Budget Management Knowledge of Purchase Cycle (Offer Management/ Purchase Order/ Good Receipt) Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) & IT Projects Highly motivated to achieve the assigned goals Good Communication Skills Good Team Working People Managers and HR Business Partners at Campari Group are encouraged to have open career conversations with their team members and to support employee's career development.
