Role Context and Mission Key Responsibilities – Global IT Automation and Process Optimization Sr. Specialist Act to identify and evaluate potential use cases in the automation of business processes.

Provide specialized support in determining which tool can be most effectively applied to enhance automation strategies and initiatives. Security and Compliance Management: ensure that the handling and analysis of data within the platforms adheres to Campari's stringent security and compliance policies.

Implement robust protocols to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data processed by process mining and automation tools.

Regularly review and update security measures in line with evolving industry standards and organizational requirements. Platform Monitoring and SaaS Management: oversee the Process Mining and Automation platform to ensure its optimal performance and alignment with Campari's IT ecosystem.

Regularly liaise with vendor's support and technical teams to stay informed about automatic updates, new features, and enhancements.

Coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth integration of these updates and to leverage new functionalities effectively within the organization.
