Global Key Account Manager Gcu Telecom Italia
About this opportunity**:
We are now looking for a **Global Key Account Manager** for the position of Global Customer Unit Telecom Italia reporting to the head of MELA GCU TI & South East Mediterranean and Eurasia.
Through critical thinking, business development ability and management of our resources you will enable a profitable business for Ericsson and the GCU.
This role depends upon a deep understanding of our customers' business, operations and strategies including short and long-term objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for consolidated customer contribution and cash-flow, including working capital.
We are searching for a GKAM that will act with confident authority and that takes accountability to develop the business relationships while actively contributing to making customers successful.
**What you will do**:
- Generate profitability, sales and develop long term business
- Improve customer relationship and build trust
- Ensure quality and profitability in delivery with strong collaboration with delivery units
- Align with Market Area plans according to Countries where Telecom Italia is present and operating.
- Develop a global strategy and drive profitable top-line growth on the GCU business
- Manage global terms, condition, and pricing within given frameworks
- Leverage on standard processes with strong interaction with Business Areas
- Customer Experience Management monitoring and measurement activities
**You will bring**:
- Education: Master of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar
- Min years of experience: 8-12 years of experience of relationship sales and within the ICT industry.
Minimum 5 years in leadership position
- You will be a person that excels at problem solving and critical thinking
- We are a distributed team and Cultural awareness is key
- Leadership and change management skills
- Your ability to enable teamwork and collaboration will be needed
- Financial foresight as well as Innovative and creative thinking
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and close large complex deals
