Job Description:Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc. is recruiting for a Global Lead of Maintenance & Reliability.

This position is required to be on site 3 days per week.

The Global Lead of Maintenance & Reliability owns the global maintenance strategy that aligns with the company's overarching objectives, including those related to manufacturing, operational excellence, and asset reliability.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive global maintenance strategy. Lead and oversee the implementation of the Assets Management Framework. Standardize maintenance practices and tools across all global sites. Lead efforts to improve equipment reliability and performance. Spearhead the transformation of maintenance practices. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with operations, quality, finance, procurement, and engineering teams. Foster strong relationships with external vendors and technology partners. Lead and develop a high-performing global maintenance organization. Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements. Qualifications:A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience in maintenance or reliability engineering is required. Extensive experience in global maintenance management in a regulated environment is required. Proven track record of leading large-scale maintenance transformations is required. Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements is required. This position requires up to 25% domestic and international travel. Why Join Us?
