We are looking forA driven and enthusiastic Global Manager, Customer Success (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAwayYou will lead the Customer Success function of the Sales department, nurturing strong long-term relationships with our +2, 000 customers across 8 regions. You will manage a team of 16 people (16 CSMs + 2 Team Leads) - to be doubled in size over the next 18 months. You will define/review internal processes related to customer onboarding, CS operations, churn prevention, and account growth. You will define an implementation strategy for complex multinational accounts. You will closely collaborate with the Sales Executive Manager to ensure smooth customer handovers from SEs to CS. You will be the customer's voice with other departments (Product, Finance, Service, Strategy) to share feedback and influence the company's strategic roadmap. Your basic qualifications5+ years in Customer Success / Account Management. 2+ years leading a team of more than 5 FTEs. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Experience with Salesforce / Hubspot. We are also interested inItalian and/or Spanish are a big plus. Experience with second-line managers. Our offerA seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growth.
