Global Market Access Associate/Specialist
Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting for aGlobal Market Access and Pricing Associate/Specialist – Primary Care The Global Market Access and Pricing Associate is accountable for devising, adapting and implementing Market Access activities for the launch and post launch activities for the matured portfolio in Primary Care.
The role will therefore require good understanding of the relevant access, pricing, reimbursement mechanisms of key European and UK markets. The Global Market Access and Pricing Associate will report into the Global Head, Market Access and Pricing, PC&SC, and will partner closely with the Regional and Country teams, and other cross-functional partners.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Regional and Local teams in addressing market access, price and reimbursement challenges for Primary Care (PC) matured portfolio.
Support to conduct relevant secondary and primary payer research activities to optimize pricing and access of matured PC portfolio Create and provide relevant pricing and reimbursement information, support and recommendations to address senior management needs Contribute to the creation of Pricing Governance for pricing developments and operations processes Provide timely and quick pricing & reimbursement data analysis to support counterparts in the Marketing, Medical, Commercial and across other relevant functions Support the Global Market Access team in delivering core materials pre-launch and post-launch access strategy, such as global payer value deck and global objection handler Provide the regional and local teams with the operational support for the P&R submission, and collecting feedback by the main internal stakeholders Demonstrate company Values on a consistent basis.
REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in economics, market access, health policy, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related Market Access Master Course 2+ years of experience in market access in a pharma industry or related consulting services would be essential Fluency in English, spoken and written Good understanding of the EU healthcare systems, reimbursement and pricing criteria is a must Understanding of HEOR (Health Economics Outcome Research) and RWE (Real World Evidence) concepts and hands on experience would be preferred Optimal knowledge and use of the Microsoft office (Power Point, Excel, Word) Ability to work with multiple functions, geographies, and cultures Problem solver, team player, quick learner and highly motivated Contract type: fixed term contract for maternity leave replacement – 12 months with possibility of extension. Location – Florence, hybrid position Master's degree in economics/market access/health policy/pharmaceutical sciences; 2 years of experience in market access; Fluency in English, spoken and written
