- Develop and execute product marketing plans that will drive the appropriate product mix into the market and advance therapy growth, and will include global product positioning, pricing, promotion and distribution plans
- Participate to strategies that drive marketing objectives throughout the product life cycle from idea through development, launch, operation and expansion of product
- Plan and execute activities mainly oriented in identifying key users' needs in the segment to drive and capture market development opportunities and new product development.
- Ensures robust life-cycle management strategies are in place for launched CORCYM assets and that phase-out plans are developed in collaboration with the regions & supply chain and are communicated in a timely and appropriate way
- Supports the regions in maximizing the value of in-market CORCYM assets
- Ensures that CORCYM product labelling, specification, quality & supply are appropriate to meet regional demand.
- In association with Med Affairs & Market Access, ensures that the global core claims matrix, global clinical & health economic data set are kept up to date and that a robust publications plan is in place to support the lifecycle of the CORCYM assets in market
- Develop and execute the Corporate Communication strategy, especially for external facing (website, social media), in collaboration with the HR partner responsible for the internal communication
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Support the Global Strategic Marketing Director in the development of a strategic plan and lead its translation into an annual global marketing plan, including annual global revenue forecasts for marketing assets in collaboration with the regions
- Develop relationships with Sales and Marketing personnel across all geographies and strongly support them in the execution of local Marketing programs, launches and initiatives to overcome barriers and support CORCYM growth
- Deliver monthly calls with regional counterparts to ensure an aligned approach to value creation for marketing CORCYM assets
- Track sales performance of marketing assets on a monthly basis, understanding the gaps/pressure points in regions
- Develop sales and marketing collaterals and tools to increase sales force effectiveness
- In collaboration with Med Affairs, capture relevant scientific facts and package them into a cohesive communication model for customers and sales personnel
- Support direction of product lines through their lifecycle to ensure alignment with business conditions and customer needs
- Monitor market trends, track competitors' products and put strategies in place to highlight potential threat and promote the growth of the CORCYM portfolio
- Prepare and lead the launch of new products/solutions/assets managing the cross-functional team and overseeing regional pre-launch, launch and post-launch initiatives
- Support the Business Development activities with technical support and coordinating Voice of Customers activities
- Support of the R&D team in the execution of product development projects In particular, coordination of "customer-centric design" activities, with the support of Regions
- Work closely with R&D to plan and execute User Centric activities to test the design of new products and their usability
- In collaboration with the Global Strategic Marketing Director and HR develop and execute external brand communication strategy and work with the CORCYM lead to develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines for promoted products and build brand equity globally
- Track brand adoption in alignment with branding guidelines
- Keep global core claims matrices up to date working closely with Med Aff and Market Access
- Liaise with KOL and lead users, in line with plans developed with Med Aff and Regions, also participating to congresses and local events
- Input into publication plans for marketing assets to maintain noise in the marketplace and advance the evidence base for marketing assets in collaboration with Med Affairs/R&D
- Organize the training program strictly collaborating with Med Affairs and cross-checking needs from Regions
- Act as trainer is his/her area of competence
- Manage promotional budget of his/her area of competence
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- English: excellent spoken & written
- Analytical capabilities
- Strong technical knowledge of products in her/his area of expertise
- Ability to translate a strategic vision in concrete projects
