**Role Overview

**We are looking for

**We count on you for

- Develop a Packaging marketing strategy and plan

- Represent Solvay's interests on industry committees (regulatory and advocacy)

- Define Packaging segments and value propositions

- Train regional frontline on value proposition and provide local support to implement the market plans which generate new leads

- Be in charge of a global or regional marketing role for other items such as Healthcare and/or Sustainability

Education and experience

- Academic degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams (technology, product management, sales, . . . )

- Knowledge of the packaging industry is a plus

Technical skills

- Fluency in English is mandatory.

Any other language is a plus

- Strong Marketing capabilities

- Knowledge of main Marketing Excellence tools

- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
