Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Support the Global Marketing Quality Lead with implementation and maintenance of the Global Marketing Quality System.
Promotes a high level of quality for Global Marketing material end-to-end to mitigate business risks.
Supports quality oversight activities, as well as quality improvement activities including CAPA management as well as appropriate training of all involved stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Global/Regional Compliance Department to contribute to standard processes for the business.
- Ensure the implementation of Global Marketing Policies, SOPs and Job Aids (e. g.
training, compliance monitoring) at global and local level.
- Execute functional training plans and ensure training compliance.
- Conduct Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities for Global Marketing processes and perform quality investigations.
- Execute all quality activities related to Global Marketing processes (quality reviews, quality committee meetings, quality reports, quality KPIs/ metrics.
- Facilitate client/internal audits and health authority inspections in cooperation with the responsible GxP Quality Function (e. g.
GCP, GMP, GVP).
- Records deviation and execute a Corrective Action Preventive Action process for Global Marketing (including CAPA management and oversight).
- Support all levels of management across the organization to ensure that process improvement activities receive the necessary support and are adequately resourced to ensure the proper and timely implementation of solutions.
- Supports collaborative partnerships with other members of the Global Marketing leadership team to better understand their needs and align on future requirements (i. e.
standardization of business processes).
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry in an international context
- Experience with Quality Management System's (ISO 9001-ISO 13485)
- Good understanding of Quality Management principles (ICH Q9/Q10, ISO 9001:2015), document control and deviations/CAPA management
- Strong commitment to quality, business ethics and data integrity, as well as compliance with applicable regulations and standards
- Good written, oral communication and presentation skills (Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required)

- Strong problem-solving capability
