Reporting to: Global Medical-Marketing & Sales Sustainability Director, Pharmaceuticals

Location: Florence HQ

CONTEXT: The Global Medical-Marketing & Sales Sustainability Department will contribute to enhance the Menarini Group ESG reporting process (concerning Environmental, Safety, Social Responsibility and Governance issues) and support the Group in the delivery of sustainability projects across its Business Units, Geographical Regions, Functions and Sites for the Multi Year Sustainability Plan.

MAIN ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Sustainability Reporting activities:- Annually manages the "Stakeholder Engagement process" for updating the Group's Materiality Matrix;

- Ensures consistent ESG data collection and system set-up across Geographical Regions and BUs;

- Proactively participates in the drafting of the Group's Sustainability Report providing technical and methodological support (e. g.

sustainability reporting standards - GRI, ESRS, SASB, etc.

); - Supporting the external assurance process of non-financial reporting, identifying improvements and ensuring corporate reporting is accurate, in line with legislative requirements and best practices.

Sustainability Strategy and progress monitoring:- Ensure the constant monitoring of the effectiveness and impact of the implemented promotional plans and identify any corrective actions;

- Ensure the realization of the activities based on the annual MASTER PLAN defined by the management and in line with assigned budget;

- Identifies and evaluates new opportunities to follow sustainability best practices;

- Monitors sustainability performance against KPIs reporting results to management and completing necessary disclosures;

- Driving enhanced performance of Menarini Group in key indices (e. g.

Dow Jones Sustainability Index, CDP Climate Change, FTS4Good, MSCI etc. . ), overseeing data collection and presenting key findings and opportunities for improvement;

- ESG Due diligence;

- Supporting the internal training on various ESG issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or similar and/or holding a sustainability-related master's course as well as preparing a thesis/workpaper about ESG issues;Experience in similar roles in Pharma business or Marketing;3-5 Years' experience in structured international companies and/or consulting firm;The candidate should have the ability to manage the complexity in a multinational environment and the capability to promote team-working and collaboration among the different functions both at the local and Group level.

In addition, a drive-for-achievement and highly goal-oriented mindset is highly recommended;The candidate should be dynamic, enthusiastic and with a proactive approach;A good knowledge of the most important Microsoft suite and Tagetik tools is needed;Knowledge of ESRS Standard and GRI Standard;Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
