Dolce&Gabbana is seeking a dynamic and creativeGlobal Merchandising Manager for Travel RetailBeauty division to join our team.
This multifaceted role requires an innovative individual who will collaborate closely with the global merchandising team to design and implement compelling in-store concepts for our travel retail channels worldwide.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role inenhancing brand visibility and driving salesacross the EMEA, Americas, and APAC regions. Key Responsibilities:Developand design innovativein-store conceptsin collaboration with the global merchandising team, tailored specifically for travel retail.
Implement and oversee merchandising guidelinesto ensure consistent brand representation across all regions.
Workcloselywith regional merchandising managersto facilitate the effective execution of in-store visibility strategies, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
Foster strong relationshipswith regional teams to enhance collaboration and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Build and maintainrelationships with suppliers and manufacturersto optimize merchandising efforts.
Drive theimplementationof bothpermanent and temporary merchandising initiativesto positively influence sellout performance.
Analyze market trendsand customer insights to continuously refine merchandising strategies and concepts.
Monitor and report on the effectivenessof merchandising activities and adjust plans as necessary to meet business goals. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a degree in Architecture is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of Proven experience in merchandising, preferably within the luxury beauty or fashion sectors.
Strong understanding of the travel retail market and its unique dynamics.
Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent project management abilities, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and regions.
