**JOB PURPOSE**- He/she will cooperate to the management of benefit plans, in particular insurance plans aimed at Prada Spa employees and the management of suppliers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES

- Management of "expat" matters concerned the Prada group global mobility (i. e.

Legal, immigration, Tax social security matters, management of payslip, comp&Ben - insurance and relocation)

- Buildup of economic packages for abroad in compliance with Group policy and practices

- Support on of Italian and foreign payroll issues to expatriates/personnel localized abroad

- Compensation and benefits reporting activity (Headcount/mapping of employees abroad, etc)

- Process of rationalization, analysis and alignment of Group fringe benefit and welfare packages

- Reporting activity on fringe benefits and welfare programs available in the company supporting the HR Director activity and the internal functions involved (i. e.

Remuneration Committee, Corporate Affairs, Payroll Department)

- Management of service requirement and coordination of external suppliers both for Global Mobility and for Benefits

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Degree in economics or law;- At least two years of experience in a similar role at companies or HR consultancy;- Very good knowledge of the English language;- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and of the Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, powerpoint), Success Factor Employee Central
