**Job Description**:

We are looking for a tax associate for the Global Mobility team based in Milan (Italy).

As part of our team, you will advise corporate HR teams on the personal income tax consequences of employing people in an international context (both inbound and outbound) and assist individual taxpayers (both tax resident and no tax resident) in structuring and managing their personal income tax situation.

You will be the bridge between the individual, the company and the tax authorities and you will assist employees and companies with practical personal income tax aspects like tax returns and salary calculations as well as tax litigation.

You'll experience how the advice you provide to a client impacts the day-to-day practicalities and vice versa.

You will frequently liaise with people of various cultures and nationalities both inside and outside our newly established organization.

You will become an expert in the personal income tax aspects of global mobility and gain knowledge on strategy around global mobility and much more.

**Qualifications**:

**Essential requirements**:

- Master's degree in Law, (Applied) Economics, Business Administration Commerce, Labor Law Consultant or a bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Taxation

- Fluent in Italian and English;

- Attitude for numbers and technology/innovation

- Accurate, have a critical mind-set, good writing skills and able to work in a team

- Well-organized, stress resistant and able to meet (tight) deadlines

- Knowledge of the main IT tools (MS Office Package, ie Word, Power Point, Excel)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Attitude to analysis and problem solving

- 1 - 2 years of experience in this field, better if in other similar professional firms

- Desired but not essential:_

- Ability to use Italian tax return software

- a third foreign language
