Your Mission: Consult and Empower: Provide expert guidance on international mobility matters: individual tax compliance, analysis of tax and social security implications connected to employees involved in global mobility projects, analysis of equity-based and incentive performance-based packages, tax planning and payroll matters, analysis of tax implications for sport players.
Collaborate Globally: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for complex client needs.

Navigate Change: Stay ahead of international tax law changes, ensuring clients are always compliant with global requirements.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international teams around the world, international clients, offering strategic support and solutions to complex challenges.
What You Bring to the Table: Educational Foundation: A bachelor's degree in economics, law, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role (experience in Big 4 firms is a bonus!).
Skills & Knowledge: A solid understanding of international global mobility world ? Fluency in English: You should be comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.
? Tech Savvy: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
Bonus Points: A Chartered Accountant or Labor Consultant qualification would be a big plus!
