We're looking for a motivated and driven Global Mobility Specialist for Europe and US who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have a direct influence on our success.

You would be acting as an expert on the relocation matters supporting our employees and new hires on the global scale.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green

- Being the main point of contact for an employee in case of an international relocation

- Identifying the best suppliers to work with for the different relocation services and coordinate each step of the international move with all the stakeholders involved

- Interacting with visa vendors both in Europe and US on the work permit questions, updating and simplifying existing processes

- Consulting the HR team in all our departments on the employees work permit related issues and on the ongoing processes

- Having a strong knowledge on the mobility policies and creating new policies on a global scale

- Keeping stakeholders up to date on the relocation and immigration processes

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

- Bachelor's degree

- Having 5+ years of experience working on the corporate mobility and immigration

- International experience is a must have, preferably both on the European and American market

- Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.

- High sense of urgency, and ability to meet assigned deadlines

- Sensitivity to other cultures and ability to work within an international team

- Excellent relationship management and problem solving skills

- Fluent English is required, any other language is a plus
