This role focuses on advising expatriates and multinational clients, ensuring compliance with complex tax regulations while optimising tax strategies.

Key Responsibilities Offer comprehensive advice on expatriate taxation, including personal income tax and international agreements.

Prepare and review tax filings to ensure accuracy and compliance with Italian regulations.

Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimise liabilities for international employees and global entities.

Stay informed on changes in Italian tax laws and international tax treaties, ensuring timely updates and advice to stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal departments, including finance, HR, and legal teams, to address multifaceted tax issues.

Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive financial and personal information.

Qualifications and Experience At least 2 years of specialised experience in global mobility/expatriate tax advisory, with a strong focus on Italian and international tax frameworks.

Experience of submitting expatriate tax returns is essential.

Previous experience working within a Big 4 or global tax organisation is preferred.

A degree in Taxation, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline is beneficial.

Professional certification is an advantage.

Partita IVA.

Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages are advantageous.

Previous experience in a leading consultancy or multinational organisation.

Exposure to social security is also beneficial.

Expertise in managing complex tax matters with precision and discretion.

Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
