Global New Store Format Associate Director

More than 19, 400 professionals every day in a network more than 9, 300 points of sale across 25 countries. We are looking for our Global Marketing function the Global Store Planning Manager. The candidate will have to ensure the correct flow of all the Design processes for EMEA, AMERICAS and APAC stores.
Workload Management, presentations to top management and manage the relationship with stakeholders such as brands, markets, real estate in the various information flows are the key responsibilities. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:Workload Management- Define the pipeline of weekly layout and projects to figure out. Discussion with Countries Construction departments to ensure that projects will be delivered on time and qualityDiscuss with GM, Brand and locals RE on projects to develop and reviews. Verify layout and coordination with the team in preparation for Detailed drawing SetVerify the preparation of an accurate package and informations of projects on going to Detailed drawing SetTake Off check - Check take off deliveryFixture Design Development - Verify the final output of design intent of fixturesConstruction Document CheckDesign/Procurement coordination - Check forecasts, production quantities, Bill of materials, take off uploadConstruction Guidelines - Create a document that collect Construction Guidelines with architectural details, finishes, fixture catalogueNETWORK OF INTERACTION:INTERNAL: CEO, Leadership Team, Country GMs, Design team, local construction teams, ProcurementEXTERNAL: SuppliersJob Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience):Educational Background: Architecture or Design Master degreeArchitectural design skills: knowledge of dynamics in a multinational company managing a portfolio of brandsProject Management highly organized at work, experience in managing multiple projects within a matrixed organization, highly oriented to the results, creative problem solving and ability to work under strict timelinesCommunication good experience in project presentations and interpersonal relationship, excellence in working in team; English proficiency is fundamentalEconomics business development expertise, budget managementFluency in Italian. Proven team management skills.
