Social network you want to login/join with:Client:Location:Job Category:RetailEU work permit required:YesJob Reference:87c6ce4f47bfJob Views:3Posted:22. 01. 2025Expiry Date:08. 03. 2025Job Description:Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesDesign of POSM Global Catalogue, working closely with: On Premise team to identify the key touchpoints by outlet type alongside the consumer journey, Global Strategic Marketing to define the POSM range requirements, aligned with each Brand Positioning, BVI and Drink strategy, and Creative agencies and suppliers to bring to life each single item in line with budget requirements. Guarantee the fulfillment of the whole process of the POSM Global Catalogue: item definition, item design, technical specification, demand planning, items production distribution to trades/customers. Develop a strong partnership with the External Partners in charge of design and production of the POSM guaranteeing the respects of required standards. Collaborate with Global Insight Managers to evaluate the effectiveness of new materials, collect insights and monitor trends to ensure constant innovation and improvement. Support the collaboration between the global function and the local markets, ensuring the CCM local community is always engaged and participates in the development of the POSM, organizing workshops and recurrent catch-ups.
Facilitate local best practice sharing among Channel and Customer Marketing local teams and leverage local expertise. Achieve a higher level of efficiency and effectiveness in the broader PoS material value chain, from demand planning to distribution to trade/customers, leveraging potential synergies among Markets. Drive change and ensure a successful execution, including adoption of new processes and tools. Management and coordination of a dedicated resource. Key RelationshipsInternal: Global Channel and Customer Marketing (CCM), Global Strategic Marketing, Local CCM teams, Global Insight Manager, Global Procurement, Group FPA, Group Legal Team, Group IT. External: POSM Agencies and Suppliers, Creative Agencies and Consultants. Experience EducationExperience in on-premise and experiential marketing management. Knowledge of the bartender community, understanding of their lifestyle motivations. Project management skills, ideally developed in global/international projects. Proven experience in working cross-functionally on challenging projects and track-record of delivering excellent results to deadlines, in a matrix organization. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or equivalent. Fluency in English is a must; bilingual capabilities are a plus. Required Skills TraitsKnowledge/Understanding of PoSM development and management processes. Ability to communicate efficiently with both internal external stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure across functions and cultures. Interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable team player. Dynamic and performance driven. International mindset. Effective management of third-party agencies in briefing, planning, and execution. Responsible management of budgets, expenditure tracking, familiar with SAP platform. Marketing understanding to ensure consistency with brand DNAs and BVIs. Process-driven with attention to detail. Expert user of MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
