Webuild is looking for an **intern **in the **Global Operations Program Management Office** department, the place of work is Milan.

The extracurricular internship will last 6 months and includes an allowance of €800, as well as free access to the company canteen.

The position reports directly to the **General Manager of Global Operations** and is responsible for various strategic initiatives aimed at improving the effectiveness of business processes and in particular the management of Operations, working in synergy with Corporate functions and in close contact with Projects.

Working together with other team members, you will have the opportunity to contribute to executing strategic initiatives identified by the company's top management.

**Main activities**:

- Identification and extension of best practices in project management;

- Supporting the development and updating of the corporate regulatory system;

- Contribution to digital innovation initiatives;

- Preparation of reports and presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business/science disciplines;

- Interest in the area of large infrastructure projects;

- Excellent knowledge of the English language;

- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;

- Preferred study or internship experience in international environments and/or strategic consulting firms;

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
