For our Global Headquarters in

**Milan, **Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our

**Global Organization Effectiveness & Change Management team **responsible for organization transformation and change management as result of the implementation of new business operating processes in the Company.

**Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?

**We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. You'll be in charge of:

- Working on optimizing processes to improve the organizational effectiveness of different functions;

- Data analysis and information harmonization;

- Supporting the Function's organizational development with dedicated projects to share and embedding the new operating model;

- Partnering with key stakeholders from multiple global functions and with all the departments involved in the strategic projects.

**You are the right person if you**:

- Have a background in Economics, Management Engineering or HR.

- Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams.

- You are open to learning and you have a proactive attitude.

- You like to work with people, interacting, speaking, and presenting to a diversified group of people.

- Are willing to work on multiple simultaneous projects and interact with various stakeholders.
