For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our **Global Organization Effectiveness & Change Management team** responsible for organization transformation and change management as result of the implementation of new business operating processes in the Company. **Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? **We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. You'll be in charge of:
- Assisting in conducting analysis and interviews to understand the current state of processes/ organizational design of different functions in order to identify areas of improvements;
- Supporting the Function's organizational development with dedicated projects to share and embed the new operating model;
- Assisting the Project Management activities (e. g. track project progress, milestones, key performance indicators)
- Contributing to the Change Management initiatives by designing materials and workshops
- Conducting data analysis and information harmonization;
- Creating engaging presentations and reports for the stakeholders, using Excel and PowerPoint
- Partnering with many key stakeholders from multiple functions and geographies and with all the departments involved in the strategic projects.
**You are the right person if you**:
- Have a background in Economics, Management Engineering or HR.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams.
- You are open to learning and you have a proactive attitude.
- You like to work with people, interacting, speaking, and presenting to a diversified group of people.
- Are willing to work on multiple simultaneous projects and interact with various stakeholders.
