Global Pricing Administrator
RINA is currently recruiting for a Global Pricing Administrator to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Marketing & Pricing Division. We offer a fixed term contract (maternity leave). MissionAs the Global Pricing Administrator, you will support the organization's pricing strategies and processes to enhance growth and profitability.
Collaborating closely with the Pricing Manager, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and analysis of pricing initiatives across various services. Key AccountabilitiesSupport Pricing Processes:Assist in the development of pricing strategies for new and existing services by conducting thorough market research and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights essential for pricing decisions. Help in the design and implementation of innovative pricing models, structures, and tools to optimize pricing effectiveness. Assist in Launching New Services:Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to support the pricing strategy for new service launches. Conduct research to deeply understand customer needs, preferences, and market dynamics for new services. Contribute to the development of pricing strategies tailored to different customer segments and geographic regions. Contribute to Performance Analysis:Analyze the performance of services in terms of revenue, profitability, and margins. Monitor key pricing-related KPIs and provide insights to optimize pricing strategies. Support in conducting post-launch reviews to assess pricing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with finance, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment between pricing strategies and business objectives. Provide support to sales teams on pricing negotiations, discount approvals, and deal structuring. Assist in integrating pricing considerations into product development and lifecycle management processes. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of pricing guidelines, policies, and procedures. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate pricing guidelines, updates, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. EducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance ManagementMaster's Degree in Economics or MarketingQualificationsAn ideal candidate would have some initial experience (including internships) in marketing, ideally within a multinational environment. Preferable basic knowledge in analyzing pricing performance or conducting market research. An understanding of pricing principles, methodologies, and techniques is considered a plus. Proficiency in analyzing data with Excel is required. Fluency in Italian and a good level of English are mandatory.
