Key Responsibilities:

- Pricing System master data updates, improvements and validation (harmonization with Financial Budget / Volumes / fx rates, with Local websites/public sources and other sources).

- Validation, management of system Codes/skus/launches (master data), including integration of acquired portfolios.

- Pricing System data audit and accuracy vs other sources

- Mapping, analysis, and improvement of key processes related to the global pricing activities.

- Partner with Regulatory, Legal, IT, Vendors, and markets for processes improvements on Price Certificates requests.

- Partner with system users and other key stakeholders for pricing systems and process improvements.

- Support reviews and updates of Viatris Pricing policies and charters.

- Develop and maintain pricing training materials (system and non-system related)

- Development of Function intranet VITA page (all resources in one place, policy, templates, self-service trainings)

- Pricing System Commercial owner to partner with IT for development, enhancements, testing and deployment of systems and tools for pricing.

The qualifications for this role are:

- We are looking for a lead that can be hands on, working directly with selected projects/tasks, beyond managing direct reports.

- Must be a self-starter, motivated to set and achieve goals based on key challenges and opportunities identified.

- Must have project management experience, leading cross-functional projects.

- Experience leading or contributing to process improvement initiatives; Lean Six Sigma experience would be a plus.

- Must possess analytical, communication, influencing, problem solving and writing skills.

- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to perform multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.

- Must possess strong knowledge of Microsoft office, mainly Excel; and experience with master database management would be a plus.

- Previous experience with salesforce platform is desirable.

- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required

- Previous experience in Pricing (International Reference Price) is desired

- Previous experience in partnering with IT to develop or maintain commercial systems is desired.

- Regional or Global experience desired

- Previous people management experience

- Education: Business, Finance background preferred

- MBA would be a plus
