This role will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the client global supply chain IT applications ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain IT processes, technical expertise in relevant applications, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the globe.

The Global Application Processes Specialist will work closely with the key stakeholders to gather customer requirements, translate them into clear requirements documents, write compelling business cases and proposals, and then deliver cost-effective solutions, tracking business feedbacks in order to build improvements into future solution requirements. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMapping of business processes and analysis of the impact of new processes or systems within the Company groupProcess modelling (as-is) and re-design (to-be) according to predefined goal(s) or changing driverBusiness operating model improvements identification in line with business objectives and prioritiesSupport the Change Manager in projects with a great organizational impact such as operating model review and organizational design/redesignSupport the Business Key-Users and Process Owners managing the change, with all the related aspectsProject Execution:Interact with Business Key-Users and Process OwnersGather and analyse business requirementsDesign the technical solutionLead or participate in multiple projects (draw project documentation, detail project scope, check priorities)Manage external providersConfigure and implement softwareSupport post go-liveIdentify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)Business Applications Management:Business Applications lifecycle management (Maintenance Retirement included)Supervise the end-to-end integration process and related roadmapsCollaborate with strategic vendors and drive the contractual stages to set up the relationshipJOB REQUIREMENTSEducation:Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or Computer ScienceFluency in EnglishProfessional Experience:3+ years relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an international company with a complex structure or in a consulting companyExperience in managing IT projects with particular focus on Supply Chain areaPreferred experience on SAP APO, IBP or other SAP Planning Scheduling solutions and related integrationsPreferred experience on SAP Production Planning (PP-PI) moduleFamiliarity with other enterprise systems, such as ERP or WMS #J-18808-Ljbffr
