Our Customer, an international corporation that produces industrial machines, is looking for:

**GLOBAL PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

**Responsibilities**:

- perform strategic market analysis;

- build procurement strategies for categories to support ACIM business in all regions and across platforms;

- align the categories strategies with cross functional departments.

- conduct sourcing process for new suppliers and new technologies according to the category strategy;

- lead negotiations with suppliers including price, volumes, contracts and other conditions aiming to achieve the best Total Cost of Ownership and higher Economic Value Added;

- develop relationships with major suppliers in line with company policy, procurement strategy and business objectives.

- build and implement business continuity plans for supplies and categories bringing value creation for the company;

- lead and mediate conflicts, divergences, and priority between company areas and suppliers, seeking to keep the focus oriented towards the best result for the company.

**Skills & qualifications**:

- Engineering, Business Administration, Economy or other related areas background;

- senior procurement/purchases experience;

- good negotiation and communication skills;

- excellent analytical skills;

- ability to work with MS Office;

- good knowledge of English;

- availability for international travels;

- availability to participate in meetings out of working hours due to different time zones.
