In this role you will support the local units to develop and implement the Global Procurement strategies for areas such as Direct & Indirect Materials and Services, Trade & Transportation, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Risk Management, Supply Base Management, Supplier Quality and Sustainability.
This position has an internal Grade 12
**Your responsibilities**:
- Support the GPG global operations manager to develop and ensure communication/implementation of Global Procurement strategies
- Support local units to Improve areas such as Direct & Indirect Materials and Services, Trade & Transportation, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Risk Management, Supply Base Management, Supplier Quality and Supplier Sustainability
- Ensure implementation, maintenance and compliance of assigned (from division and GPG) procurement activities and initiatives
- Manage the GPG global suppliers, secure the global demand collection, global frame agreements and price negotiations
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's degree in electronics or manufacturing engineering
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures
- 5 years of experience in the described field
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Fluent in English, additional knowledge of Italian and Chinese language is a plus
