Product Development Manager (Digital Project Manager)

We are looking for a skilled **Product Development Manager** **(Digital Project Manager)** for the AmplifonX Department.

**Areas of responsibility**:

- Collaborate with the Product Owner, the Corporate IT Department, the Design Team, and all the necessary stakeholders to ensure global services implementation in line with business needs, and product launches;

- Contribute to the preparation of project timeline, monitor the progress and share regular updates to stakeholders

- Identify timeline risks and propose mitigation plans

- Help resolve issues directly or indirectly.

Involve the relevant players and escalate appropriately to ensure on time delivery (this includes contribution to the Application Maintenance Department)

**What you'll need**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology

- 3+ years of professional experience in software design and development of digital solutions (backend services, websites, mobile apps)

- Deep knowledge of software design/development/QA/maintenance technologies and software lifecycle management

- Willing to coordinate and lead (with the support of other tech experts within the team) a software development team

- Comfortable in reviewing technical solutions and software architecture with the support of Software Architects

- Experience in Agile methodologies

- Problem solving aptitude and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional workstreams

- Fluency in English

- Excellent skills in organization and time management

Additional (considered a plus):

- Experience with Corporate IT processes (e. g.

ITIL)
