How you will make an impact Develop and implement quality and OpEx targets for Global Product GroupDefine and execute all systematic improvement projects and best practices across the Global Product GroupBenchmark manufacturing performance and manufacturing process/tool standardizations across the Global Product Group factoriesSupport global manufacturing footprint decisions and implementations including new product implementation and transfer of productionValidate and release production linesCollaborate with factory and HUB Quality and OpEx functionsParticipate in the gate process of new product developmentsSupport high impact quality case resolutions and Root Cause AnalysisYour background University degree in Engineering, manufacturing or a related subject matterMore than 7 years of experience in high voltage or electrical equipment industrySeveral years of experience in Quality and/or Operational Excellence rolesSolid knowledge of Hitachi Energy Quality, OpEx and portfolio relevant processesAnalytical thinker, solutions-oriented with a business mindset.
