Role SummaryJob DescriptionGeneral Product Planning And Development work is focused on stewarding new products from initial concept through technical research/design/manufacture to product launch. Main TasksIdentifying market opportunities and associated new product strategiesDeveloping new product value propositions and targeted feature setsDeveloping commercial/pricing strategies (e. g. , low price or high quality)Ensuring new product success through close collaboration with research & design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales leadershipInterpreting regulatory requirements and driving approval processes related to product safety, labelling, performance/effectiveness claims, etc. In some organizations may also be accountable for post-launch product service and disposalYour ProfileBachelors of Science Degree in Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent/related fieldEnglish (fluent), German and Italian language would be an advantageKnow how in membrane market and products across water & wastewaterThis position may require global travel (20-30%). Minimum 5 years' Experience in similar position gained in the international water technology industry.
Previous experience as a product marketing, sales or technical service manager is greatly preferred.
