Global Product Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Understand and define market segmentation and related product positioning.
Identify both potential gaps against competition and new market opportunity.
- Analyze market trends, identify customer needs, set market requirements for future development.
- Manage existing product series.
Boost market penetration according to the Global Product Group ambition.
- Define future product and services.
- Define product customer value proposition per segment and channel; set and monitor the communication strategy to deliver clear product positioning.
- Drive the annual business planning process and facilitate agreement between sales demand and supply.
Monitor global sales target fulfilment and take actions as appropriate.
- Work closely with market developers and sales team to sustain business growth for the product range.
- Collaborate with extended internal teams (i. e. , GPGs, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, Logistics, ecosystem tools) to ensure customer satisfaction and business target.
**Your background**:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in the same field is a plus.
- Management experience in sales, engineering, and operational projects.
Sound knowledge of the global/local market for Enclosure/Switchgear.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong, well-developed communication, influencing, coaching and management skills.
Solid analytic, problem solving and result orientation skills.
- The ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends.
- Teamwork, inclination to innovation, attention to customers and stakeholders, strong motivation are additional and essential personal ability.
