**This position reports to**:
Global Product Marketing and Training Lead
**Your responsibilities**:
- Assess product training gaps and improvement areas
- Define a roadmap to deliver product trainings consistently with the business needs
- Collect material and create training content per product/product lines in collaboration with Product Management
- Evaluate and continuously improve training materials and programs based on feedback from trainees and performance metrics.
- Define product news / release plans sharing roadmap
- Create content for product news sharing including timeline, process and templates
- Publish product news and information in the relevant communication channels
- Support product managers on release notes creation and publication
- Support organization of training events such as Expert Training Days, PM Star and PM leadership programs
- Organize and facilitate webinars for product management
- Actively promote new and existing product trainings internally
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and webinars
**Your background**:
- Post graduate degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in training & course development is a must, preferably within a technology or B2B sales environment.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a relevant field.
- Basic technical understanding of electrical drives or similar products.
- Ability to work in a multinational environment and in a matrix organization.
- Ability to take initiative and to be an active team member.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- International work experience is an advantage.
- Fluent English language skills, additional languages are of advantage.
