Your Role at Vantive :As a Global Product Transformation Office (PTO) Lead, you will be instrumental in the Product Transition program, managing a dedicated team of 9 full-time employees, coordinating, and monitoring the large volume of label changes triggered by Evergreen. You and your team will oversee global product transitions and ensure timely, compliant execution, & will manage risks and mitigations.
The role includes also coordinating the associated activities with a cross-functional team and ensures Regulatory Affairs, Labeling, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and fulfilment can effectively work together from planning through execution.
Responsibilities:Oversee combined global PTO and GPI efforts. Manage 9 Direct Reports including Regional Team Leads (UCAN, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) as well as the Global Drugs and Devices Leads. Work with 1 PMO full-time employee to provide support for 6 months to complete label planning after which role will be re-evaluated. Required Skills:Bachelor's degree. 10 years or more of progressive leadership experience, including significant roles in supply chain operations, regulatory or labeling. Experience managing teams of direct reports, with a preference for global leadership experience. Preferred Skills:Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience in a global or multi-national corporation and/or experience in the healthcare (or related) industry. Strong influence in Supply Chain and cross-functionally. Understanding of the greater PTO structure and cross-functional inputs. Ability to coach and grow employees to ensure Global Leads continue to pathways to success and areas of improvement. Experience with sponsoring/leading cross-functional projects with broad scope. Experience developing and implementing successful strategies that have positively impacted service, customer experience and/or business growth. Change management experience.
