**Your Role at Vantive**:
The Global Product Transformation Office (PTO) Leader is accountable for the successful transition of drug and medical device label changes driven by the Evergreen Program (Vantive separation from Baxter), and the management of the Global PTO organization.
The Global PTO (Product Transformation Office) is comprised of 9 dedicated resources that plan, monitor and manage the large volume of label changes and their implementation.
The Global PTO Team will oversee global product label transitions and ensure timely, compliant execution to plan, manage risks and mitigation, and adherence to program governance structures.
The role includes coordinating the associated activities with a cross-functional team and ensures Regulatory Affairs (RA), Labeling, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, QA, and fulfillment effectively work together from planning through execution.
Product Transition required a dedicated team, beyond just standard labelling operations, due to:
- More than **2000 drugs and device SKUs, ** all requiring label changes, and **11, 000 country code combinations that need to transition
- There are multiple types of changes and multi-touch levels of changes when navigating the complex and varying regulatory requirements globally (branding, GTIN, code, MDR, for ex.
)
- There are downstream activities, PTO needs to tightly coordinate plant and warehouse capacities, supplier ability, manufacturing timing, etc.
- Shared codes across multiple markets and optimizing timing of label changes to minimize the number of changes
The role will ensure no patients or customers are impacted in any markets where Vantive products are sold / distributed due to the Evergreen label transition process.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Lead the Global PTO Team that is composed of Analysts, Program Manager, Supply Chain Managers, and Specialist that will drive end-to-end accountability of product transitions
- Oversee execution of label changes to drugs and coordinate with regional leads / plants to address delays/issues that could arise
- Own the reporting on performance (schedule, quality of deliverables, change management), to program team members, stakeholder, and steering committee
- Track and manage robust risk reporting and mitigation
- Foster a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment to drive cross-functional engagement by leading through ambiguity, complexity, and uncertainty
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years or more of progressive leadership experience, including significant roles in supply chain operations, regulatory, labeling, or a related field
- Experience managing teams of direct reports, with a preference for global leadership experience
- 5 years of more of program management experience
**Preferred Skills**:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in a global or multi-national corporation and/or experience in the healthcare (or related) industry
- Strong influence in Supply Chain and cross functionally
- Understanding of the greater PTO structure and cross-functional inputs
- Ability to coach and grow employees to ensure Global Leads continue to pathways to success and areas of improvement
- Experience with sponsoring/leading cross-functional projects with broad scope
- Experience leading large global business transformations programs that impact sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and order fulfillment.
