Bachelors' degree preferably in Business Management, financial, commercial, economical, or technical discipline.

- 5+ years of managerial experience in Real Estate services or in Global program management in international, fragmented and decentralized (retail) organizations

- Connect, mobilize, build trust and influence the business at every organizational level, from operations to functional heads/C-Level

- Builds the right Real Estate internal network to drive category awareness and knowledge at local and Global level while executing the global program

- Manage key strategic relations, including various global suppliers with multibillion revenues and global business footprints. Liaise with senior executives in the industry to identify continuous improvement opportunities via internal and external financial industry benchmarks

- Constantly monitor and assess industry and commercial disruptive trends and technologies to bring valuable insights to the global organization

- Able to manage and deliver challenging YoY financial improvements in line with a clear long-term portfolio roadmap

- Fluent in English, preferably Italian but not mandatory
