**Posizione**:
We're looking for a Global Projects HSE Manager to join NHOA Energy HSE department.
You will participate and actively contribute to ambitious growth targets of NHOA Energy in designing, crafting and delivery to our Clients world class Energy Storage Systems and after sales services in several countries and geographies.
You will be responsible for developing and managing the HSE management system at project level, ensuring a common approach worldwide.
As a seasoned professional, you will be a key member of our HSE team, accountable for setting overall Projects HSE strategy, ensuring its global implementation.
NHOA's global portfolio includes EPC projects both under development and construction in multiple jurisdictions.
**Task and duties**:
- Develop strategies to achieve Project HSE objectives in alignment with NHOA Energy's business goals and values and deploy HSE programs in conjunction with project leaders to ensure the HSE objectives are met;
- Lead the HSE management of the projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory, local and contractual requirements, assessing project-related HSE risks related with the projects, coordinating Project HSE Managers on site and in house, reviewing HSE Plans, method of statements, procedures, permit to work, etc. , and analyzing any unsafe conditions, near misses or accidents;
- Ensure that project staff is fully aware of the project HSE management system and monitor its effective adoption
- Support the projects in continuously elevating the HSE culture and ensuring/boosting mindset and attitude on HSE matters;
- Perform process assessments/gap analysis from HSE standpoint in delivery EPC projects and after sales services in all countries where NHOA Energy operates defining implementation actions to ensure best-in-class HSE management;
- Provide investigative expertise, oversight, leadership and strategic direction to ensure thorough evaluation and assessment of all safety and health incidents, particularly involving highly visible and complex situations;
- Support the drafting /definition of construction, installation and commissioning plans, traffic management plans, safe systems of work and risk management documentation associated with the construction, installation and commissioning activities;
- Assist the leadership team to track the HSE performance/metrics of the company, delivering oversight and assurance to managers of their risks, recommending and implementing solutions to improve the level of compliance and regulatory risk control and ensuring any breaches are addressed;
- Support the safety review of project design and engineering by participating in HAZOP, HAZID, FME(C)A analysis;
- Define and draft procedures, instructions, templates, registers to be updated or issued in order to ensure an effective supervision and control of all the processes;
- Manage Project audits program;
- Ensure HSE training needs are identified to comply with local and client requirements and to continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the organization;
- Take an active part in preparing and managing internal and certification audits;
- Report HSE performance to the NHOA Energy's executive team and statutory authorities as/when required;
- Identify any operational and regulatory risks, escalating as appropriate and provide competent advice and recommendations.
**Requisiti**:
**Your background**:
At least 5 years' experience in HSE
Experience in a dynamic HSE organization in a project based environment and under a matrix structure;
Experience as Project HSE manager of international EPC contract;
Sound knowledge of global environmental, health and safety regulatory and statutory requirements including ISO certifications;
Experience in HSE Audits and incident investigations
Engineering master's degree preferred.
