**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
Are you passionate about providing an exceptional ticketing experience for global audiences during the Olympic and Paralympic Games? Join us as a Global Public Ticketing Coordinator and play a pivotal role in executing our Public Sales and Servicing Strategy, collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal ticket purchase experiences for consumers.
As the Global Public Ticketing Coordinator, you will:
- Provide support in achieving all IOC/IPC milestones related to Public ticketing.
- Assist in completing and deploying sport-by-sport business plans.
- Facilitate sales to targeted sport-focused communities, sport clubs, schools, venue cluster area residents, and social groups.
- Support MarComs with ticketing-related information, sales-driving proactive messaging, FAQs, and ensure top-level customer service with the Ticket Service Provider.
- Assist with the implementation of the Ticket Sales platform from both user and back-office admin perspectives, including testing before key launch phases.
- Roll out Partner collaboration promotional and value-added services initiatives.
- Develop and deploy final stage contingency plans for last-minute sales programs, Games-time sales, and ticketing-related communications.
**Requirements**:
Essential:
- Strong business and inter-functional team skills.
- Knowledge of Ticketing processes and systems (B2C & B2B2C), including web and app consumer journeys.
- Experience in Ticketing communication and support services.
- Group ticket sales experience, including relationship facilitation and program execution.
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
- High proficiency with MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Italian ticketing regulations (SIAE).
