Your Responsibilities**:

In this role, you will add value by driving quality and environmental management across the global SIS organisation, ensuring successful ISO certification and continuous quality and environmental improvement for the organisation, **based in Milan, Italy or Ebikon, Switzerland**.

You will have a direct reporting line to the Head IT Risk and Compliance Manager and a dotted line to the Group CIO.

- Leading the team responsible for ISO certification.

In particular, the team is responsible for process documentation, the ISO framework, training and standardised implementation in the SIS

- Planning, executing and leading Internal & External Audits of all SIS Hubs

- Ensuring ISO 9001 - 14001 compliance on a global organisational level, including global harmonization with Central Quality and Environmental Management System and lead Quality & Environmental delegates in Hubs

- Introducing continuous improvement of processes and quality within the central function and nodes, as well as setting a baseline of KPIs and clear management targets for improvement

- Ensuring sustainability of the quality management system in SIS and being SIS interface to Group Corporate quality (GFQE)

- Supporting the measurement of SIS footprint and defining improvement for emissions' reduction to implement sustainability charter

Your requirements include:

- Master's degree in business informatics or a similar degree in the field of IT

- ISO Certifications & IT specific Audit Certification

- Significant working experience in global IT environments

- Advanced Process and Project Management skills as well as IT Audit Skills (ISO, ITIL, NIST, etc.

)

- Cross functional knowledge of IT best practices

- Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
