Chiesi Research & Development Our R&D team represents a fundamental asset for the business.
It is divided into integrated functional areas focusing on pipeline projects including discovery and preclinical research, global technical development, drug delivery technology, clinical development, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, intellectual property, quality assurance, R&D project and portfolio management.
Who we are looking for Purpose The Assistant provides support to the whole staff of the relevant functional area (FA) for the optimal and most effective conduct of the daily activities, both in house and outside, including some administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities Supporting FA colleagues in arranging travel, visas, transfers and accommodation and reimbursement via company tools; Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority upon request of FA Heads; Organizing and maintaining agendas and calling major FA and Cross functional meetings; Handling off-site department meetings & contracts; Meeting minutes upon request; Management of colleagues' congress participations; Purchase of office material; Archiving activities; On-Boarding of new entries; Donations; Congress and social sponsorships; Contracts of all types; Organizing payment of incoming invoices any payment-related activities together with CRS; Experience Required Ideally one year of experience in the international context.
Education (At least) High-School degree in a scientific or administrative discipline.
Languages French will be a plus.
Technical Skills Very good knowledge of personal assistance activities; Knowledge of administration concepts and relevant activities; Knowledge of the main concepts of budgeting and finance; Soft Skills Analytical skills Adaptability and flexibility Problem solving What we offer You would join a dynamic, fast-growing, challenging and friendly environment.
