YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and digitalisation of the remote services strategy Lead, motivate, and develop a team of remote services personnel, including the development, implementation and management of the operations, using the latest technologies and industry best practices Analyse customer feedback and other data sources to develop customer-centric solutions Develop and implement service improvement plans for identified shortfalls Monitor remote services performance, system performance.

Identify service improvement goals Design and develop solutions to optimize performance and scalability Oversee the deployment maintaining security, reliability, and cost-efficiency Monitor team performance and establish corrective action plan where needed, regarding performance, trends and capacity issues Ensure the team is keeping and exceeding the commitments on the service level agreements and uptime YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Solid experience in a similar position with proven track record in developing and implementing processes, structures and new technologies Experienced and well informed on the Remote Services trends and new technologies Possess a Customer centric mindset Thrives in a high-energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operations, technology, or engineering Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and able to construct and provide solutions Fluency in English OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits  WHY ALPITRONIC Together with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
