For a multinational company in the fashion sector, we are looking for a **Global Retail Controller**.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Performance analysis of Italian and foreign Direct Operated Stores;

- Elaboration of management Financial statements of the DOS chain (budget, forecast, actual);

- DOS new openings/closure analysis, together with Retail team;

- Preparation of regular reports for the analysis of net sales, gross margin, OPEX, profit of the Retail Business performance at store level;

- Being a business partner for the Retail team both at HQ level and Country level, always in strict alignment with HQ Finance team as well;

- Supporting the Country Managers & Retail Managers in the elaboration of Business Plans and analysis of profitability of Retail investments.

The role will be based in Veneto (near Treviso and Venice)

**What do we need**:

- Degree in Economics/Finance/Business Administration;

- At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferibly within a Fashion/Clothing Retail Business;

- Experience within multinationals/complex organizations represents a must;

- Italian and English fluency, both written and spoken;

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular), experience on SAP BPC and/or Microstrategy is a plus.
