Job Description:Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Global Retail Operations Coordinator - Project Management based in our HQ Milan.
Main Activities & Responsibilities Identify potential initiatives to improve retail operations activities at global level Identify areas for improvement in current retail operations processes, implement retail operations best practices to streamline operations and enhance productivity Support Global Retail Operations team by developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines and milestones Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports Cascade and ensure all global operation initiatives are correctly implemented Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems at store and regional offices level Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback from key stakeholders Anticipate potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within approved limits Develop business cases to capture the reasoning for proposing projects and investments, ensuring scope, benefits and return on the investment are clear Prepare documents, presentations, minutes to keep track and explain decisions Nurture a project management mentality within the Global Retail Operations team Foster an analytical methodology in all retail operations areas of intervention, building a fact-based approach, rooted on data and evidences Minimum Qualifications: At least 3 years' experience working in the Retail industry or in consultancy Strong and proven analytical background Proficiency in Office, especially Excel, Business Objects is a plus Fluency in English Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask Able to work well in a fast-changing environment Strong attention to details Good organisational skills Proactivity and problem solving attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
